PHOTOGRAPHY OPPORTUNITIES at OHEKA

ENGAGEMENT/PROPOSAL/PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE FOR TWO

$2,500

Includes up to two hours of photography with Camelot Studios or Millimeter photography, digital photos and a photo permit. To reserve this package please complete the Request for Photo Permit Form.

Use of the estate and gardens is non-exclusive.

Additional fees apply for shoots over two people.

If a couple books a Wedding at OHEKA after booking this package the $2500 fee will be credited to the Catering Contract.

PERSONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

OHEKA CASTLE welcomes its Hotel guests, Mansion Tour guests, and patrons of OHK Bar & Restaurant to take personal video or still photographs from public areas of the estate and gardens, accessible on the day and time of guest’s visit only, with the use of a hand-held iPhone/Android Smartphone only (handheld cameras, professional equipment and accessories are prohibited).

Access to the estate and gardens are NOT guaranteed on the day of your visit. If a Wedding, event or commercial shoot is taking place on the estate and/or in the gardens on the day of your visit personal photography will not be permitted. Note, Mansion Tours would not be available on these days. 

Loiterers are not permitted to take photos in any manner and will be asked to leave the premises.

Maximum time in any one location is 5 minutes with a maximum overall time for personal photography of 15 minutes.

No photographers (including friends or family, who are not patrons of OHEKA) may be brought onto the premises to take your personal photos.

At no time may other guests be inconvenienced by being asked to wait or move to obtain a personal photo.

OHEKA reserves the right to restrict guests from accessing areas of the estate and gardens at any time at its sole discretion.

All images and videos taken by guests and visitors are allowed free of charge so long as the images and videos are used for a personal, non-commercial purpose.

Photography which includes wardrobe changes, hair and makeup artists, a photographer, or other vendors (amateur or professional) will be considered a professional photoshoot. Any unauthorized photographer, videographer, makeup artists, stylist, or related vendors who are not guests of the hotel, estate or OHK will be asked to leave the property immediately.

All camera accessories that could potentially impede foot traffic are expressly forbidden, including camera tripods, monopods, lighting setups, large reflectors, and staging shots.

Furniture and furnishings may not be moved at any time.• Only Wedding Couples getting married at OHEKA are permitted to take wedding photos on the estate and gardens on the day of their wedding.

Photographs may not be published, sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever. All trademarks, service marks, logos, images, and facilities of OHEKA CASTLE are the sole property of OHEKA Management LLC and may not be used, reproduced, displayed, or distributed without written consent. OHEKA CASTLE has the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold or withdraw consent to photograph and video (or to reproduce photographs or video) of the estate and gardens.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

ONLY Wedding Couples getting married at OHEKA are permitted to take Wedding Photos at the Castle.

Outside Wedding Couples are strictly prohibited from taking wedding photos at OHEKA.
